Dean Kamen with Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell in an undated photo from the DOJ Epstein files.
Dean Kamen, the inventor best known for the creation of the Segway, is the latest wealthy entrepreneur/public figure to be outed for his relationship with serial pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Over the past few weeks, Kamen has stepped down from a board position with BETA, a Vermont aviation tech company and FIRST, a program he founded to promote STEM education for children, the latter move pending the outcome of a thorough investigation.
This may appear to be a fast crisis response, but don’t be misled. No Congressional Epstein Files Transparency Act was needed to know that Kamen and Epstein went way back, and not because of Kamen’s friendship with Ghislaine Maxwell, rather because of the arrival of Epstein co-conspirator Nadia Marcinko to Kamen’s New Hampshire company, DEKA 13 years ago.

I wrote about it in 2020, and even then, several DEKA employees said the relationship between the boss and the young blonde pilot and YouTube influencer was the subject of much speculation.
Marcinko came to the United States between 1999 and 2003 according to a recent article by the Slovakian journalist Oscar Brophy who reported she arrived with the assistance of Epstein and the French modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel. He was also charged with sexually assaulting aspiring models and like Epstein, he died in French custody in February 2022.

Marcinko was a key player in the Epstein sex trafficking network both as a victim and a victimizer, according to the statements of other Epstein victims.
In a document filed with the FBI in New York in 2020, Marcinko said Epstein referred to her as his “sex slave” insulted her, choked her and threw her down a flight of stairs. He also “forced her too (sic) have multiple plastic surgeries” and engage in bondage, submission and sadomasochism.

Just days after this photo of Epstein, Kamen and Richard Branson was likely taken, Marcinko was offered a job at DEKA, in an office down the hall from Kamen. She’d been told in an email from Epstein that Kamen was looking for a pilot to teach his engineers to fly.
With underwhelming enthusiasm, Marcinko replied that Epstein must still be trying to kill her.

For reasons not clear, Marcinko did go to work at DEKA in New Hampshire, a few months later, taking curious workers up in the company’s new Cirrus. The people who flew with her said they did it as a lark, but they didn’t have the money to pay for flying lessons.
Mostly, it would appear that Marcinko worked on her business selling flight lessons online via her company, Aviloop.
I could try to explain it, but better to read the full story for yourself here. Because you can see just how weird it was that Kamen and his top lawyer, Maureen Toohey would have allowed someone to file inaccurate business information with the state of New Hampshire, link Marcinko to DEKA and DEKA to Epstein. That it went unnoted for half a decade remains a mystery.

I predict that in a year or two you will regret your lack of journalistic skepticism regarding the supposed “facts” surrounding the Epstein case (pedophilia, trafficking, & other totally elastic nouns). The evidence simply isn’t there, & anyone who remembers the “Satanic Panic” of the 80s (or McCarthyism, or the Salem Witch Trials) will recognize the current hysteria for what it is.
