Would-be summer travelers to Europe will likely have to keep their plans on hold as the European Union considers a ban on international travelers from the United States, Brazil and Russia. And these days the dogs are having their day. “Demand is off the charts,” said Shawn Cole Vice President Cargo for Delta Air Lines.
